HIRING EMPLOYEES
One of the toughest challenges an employer can face is the process of recruiting people to build a strong team. This process of screening out the right person from the horde of highly qualified and brilliant in mind candidates can become a fair struggle. While making a final decision about your future employee, keep in mind that you will spend a lot of good and hard time with him. Thus, you should look not only for a collection of skills but the one who is smart, easy-going and open-minded.
